Alright, well open source software has been a big hit, but what about open source web templates?

Sound like a great idea? It has already been done at "Open Source Web Templates".

Seems like a nice site to look at, as they also got some css menu templates, and some other stuff to look at.

for the sites I am doing for people many times I will find a template I like and then change absolutely everything about it, colors, add links, flash, etc. but the skeleton is already done for you. The 2 I mentioned are great sites.

I forgot about oswd.org, I have looked at that one before and thought it was a really good site. Thanks for bringing that up.

Never used openwebdesign.org, but it looks very similar...so I am guessing that is also a great resource.

Both sites are very good.. OSWD I used all the time for my little turnkey sites here and there
