Food easy to digest

I'm feeling ok now, but I wasn't feeling so well early this week. I suppose I should eat something easy to digest when I'm not feeling well, right? What should I eat? What should I cook? Any recommendations?

jello, light soup like broth, dry crackers or toast, or just fluids until you feel better. just stay hydrated.

I would definitely say the soup broth, like chicken soup broth, and then just those plain crackers. And make sure you drink plenty, pedialyte (although usually targeted for children) works great for staying hydrated.

That is true...they [Ramen Noodles] are really cheap.

Also, a banana might help ease a stomach due to the potassium, but all in all that link that TVDinner gave looks like it covers all of these.

That is for sure with the milk....sometimes helps, sometimes makes it worse (at least that is my experience)

I hadn't ever thought of yogurt, i'll have to try that sometime....speaking of yogurt, that sounds pretty good...lol
